I am a current landlord, and member of the Inland Empire Rental Association. I can help you document pre/post tenant property condition with photos and video.  Also I can provide thoose photos inside of a password protected online gallery for access when you need it most.

 

High School Senior Packages

 

Half day (4 hours) Senior Picture session is $250

Multiple locations allowed.

Distance within 30 miles of Ephrata

The only stipulation on outfits is time.

Additional hour priced at $50.

Includes print package #5

 

 

Full day (8 hours) Senior Picture session is $450.

Multiple locations allowed.

Distance within  100 miles of Ephrata.

The only stipulation on locations is time,  one way travel time is deducted from the 8hrs.

Please make arrangements for a sack lunch and cold drinks, unless otherwise notified.
